This form looked kind of interesting so I tried to find it on the Google books website where you can view previews of the books. Unfortunately this book was not available for preview. I guess it's their loss.

There were big waves today... I was out for about two hours and was super tired at the end of my session. So I ordered up some watermelon and pineapple from the beachside vendor to replenish my energy.
