Awesome things
Madvillian, MF DOOM, some of the only original hip hop out there. Every time I listen to it there is a new tasty nugget. Makes you use your brain.
Windows Phone 7: the hub of which my information analysis funnels through.
Neurons: before I would check out the individual webpages for TED, Science Dump, FORA and RSA. Now it is packaged for my viewing pleasure.
David Foster Wallace: Infinite Jest, Brief Interviews with Hideous Men, Supposedly fun thing I will never do again, Consider the Lobster, The Pale King, This is Water. Although Of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself. Elegant complexity. Everything and more.

After much thought, I would have to say that my top discoveries of 2010 are/were windows phone 7, TED talks, and Neurons (science dump) The good news is that both TED and Neurons have apps that I can get (and now have) on my WP7. Awesome. Wes, I would look into these matters if I was you.

Got over a foot of snow last night. Good times. We all woke up at 6am, "wakey wakey eggs and bacey..." after a big breakfast I went out and shoveld the driveway (it was still dark and quite) and it was great, the snow is still falling, with the soft glow of neighborhood christmas lights it reminded me of all the good things. When it gets light later we will take some pictures and post them.
